HD, laser and projected subtitling by LVT

LVT responds to the technological developments and demands of its customers by providing them with a range of solutions, in particular system for projecting subtitles and subtitling solution for digital cinema.

LVT centres its work on three main activities :

  • Laser subtitling : This process includes 8 stages from the transfer of your production onto a timecode support and till the quality control of the end-result. Laser process promotes the quality of subtitling and reduces the risk of scratching.
  • HD subtitling and digital cinema : LVT is able to realise overlay work and HD subtitling approved by 2K cinema and conforming to the DCI and AFNOR standards.
  • Projected subtitling : LVT uses the PMS, a virtual subtitling system conceived by Monal System. That process consists of projecting the subtitles onto the movie as it is runnig. A practice particularly useful at festivals.
