Projected subtitling with the virtual PMS system

CMC Video Group includes several post production units. LVT is the HD, laser and projected subtitling division of the group. Its services are dedicated to feature-length films, movies, animations and documentaries.

To succeed its projected subtitling, LVT makes use of the PMS, a virtual subtitling system designed and developed by Monal Systems. This technique is particularly useful at international film festivals. In fact, it consists of projecting the subtitles onto the movie as it is runnig. This practice aims to preserve the original version of the film and the actors interpretation.
