HD, laser and projected subtitling of films

Film subtitling is a post production process that makes movies, documentaries and feature-length films accessible to a border audience. The compagny LVT supports the cinema manufacture by providing diverse film subtitling services.

• Laser subtitling : This technique includes 8 stages from the transfer of your film onto a timecode support and untill the evaluation of the end-result. Laser techniques promote the quality of subtitling and reduce the damage risk.

• HD subtitling and digital cinema : LVT achieves overlay work and HD subtitling approved by 2K cinema and conforming to the DCI and AFNOR standards.

• Projected subtitling : LVT uses a virtual subtitling system (PMS) developed by Monal System. That process consists of projecting the subtitles onto the movie as it is runnig. A practice particularly useful at film festivals.
